In the Garden of Eden first there was man and woman, then there was Eve. What happened to Adam's first wife? Why has she been written out of history? This is her story.
So God created mankind in his own image,
in the image of God he created them;
male and female he created them.
Genesis 127
Book of Lilith edition by PK Tyler Literature Fiction eBooks
The book of Lilith is a short but very powerful story. Lilith was originally created by God not as Adam's mate, but as his sister. On day Ya or God, gave Adam a task to name all of his creatures. Lilith wasn't told anything. When she found out she was at first hurt then angry. She left and met the devil in the desert. She stayed for a while and created some offspring and then named them. After a while she went back to Adam and found Eve...Well, you must read the story to find out what happens. To me, it seems the author, P. K. Tyler has made the first woman "libber" in the form of Lilith. It is a very short story and well worth your time to read it.Product details

Book of Lilith edition by PK Tyler Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews
Fascinating and fun short trip through the Lilith mythos.
Originally reviewed as part of the Mosaics A Collection of Independent Women. This is my expanded review for the submission from P.K. Tyler.
Initially agreeing to review Book of Lilith by P.K. Tyler this twist of the creation story bringing a new dialogue and revising this His in history. A wonderful introduction to this author’s writing from those unfamiliar with her style, is brings a sense of the Joan Osbourne song, What if God Were One of Us to mind in that sort of lilting, wonderful, daydreaming way.
Tyler has a facility with words that build a picture, dot by dot, leading readers to look at situations, people and even their own beliefs in a new way. I love her writing, and am endlessly surprised, often confused but always entertained by the thoughts she germinates in each new release.
Whether you know her writing, or are searching for a new author to discover and add to your shelf – this is a great introduction.
I purchased a copy of the title for my own library. I was not compensated for this review all conclusions are my own responsibility.
It's more of a fan fiction in my opinion since some parts are highly questionable but it isn't bad. It reads fine and it was entertaining.
I would have truly enjoyed a full length version of this story. It's always remarkable to me when someone breaks the mold of common understanding in a way that is easily comprehendible
Always wondered about Lilith. This is a very interesting take on what "could have" happened. Wish it had been longer is my only qualm..........
insightful on a topic I've wondered upon for quite some time. Will look into a few other books by the same author. She can really captivate you with a style I sense is mastered.
A well researched and exquisite retelling of one the oldest apocrypha. This well paced allegory, told in stunning lyrical prose, is apropos of today's society and in the vein of the original tone of the ancient texts. I recommend this story.
